By joining the Boober platform and using our services to invoice and process payments from customers, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Boober’s Role: Boober acts solely as a payment facilitator for transactions between you and the customer. Boober is not a party to the contract between you and the customer. You, as the provider, are solely responsible for delivering the services as agreed upon in your contract with the customer.
- Contract Responsibility: It is your responsibility to create, manage, and enforce your service agreement with the customer. Boober does not review, monitor, or evaluate the terms of service agreements entered into between you and your customer.
- Payment Processing: Boober’s role is limited to processing payments in connection with your services. The platform does not guarantee payment beyond the funds collected and does not assume any liability for disputes related to service delivery.
- Limitation of Liability: Boober is not liable for any disputes, failures, or breaches arising from your agreement with the customer. You are fully responsible for resolving any service issues or disputes directly with the customer.
- Refunds: In the event of a dispute or service failure, all refund requests or claims must be handled directly between you and the customer. Boober does not manage or mediate refunds related to your services.
- Platform Fee Liability: Boober will invoice you for the platform fee and automatically apply the first customer payment toward the platform fee. After the payment is applied, you will receive a receipt for the paid invoice. The platform fee remains the provider’s responsibility regardless of the service outcome.
