Since 2009, I have been honored to massage birthing bodies of all kinds upon graduating from Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, where I obtained my license as a massage therapist. This path led me to becoming a certified birth doula: CD(DONA), a DONA trained postpartum doula, a CLSC, registered yoga instructor (RYT 200) and certified in perinatal and infant massage among many others. In becoming a mother myself not too long ago, my understanding of the true kinds of support that a person needs during concerns of conception, pregnancy and just their own growing lives in general intensified. My goal is to help solidify the village we all need to survive in forms of concern, touch and support.

Two in-house meetings where I become acclimated with the client and their surroundings, my entire presence during the labour and delivery, and a postpartum house call where I check on family and help assist in any way that I can.
