My name is Kristen and I have been a registered dietitian nutritionist since 2010 and became a certified lactation counselor in 2021. I have worked with countless clients helping them optimize their health prior to and during pregnancy, through their fourth trimester, and throughout breastfeeding as well. Over the years I have helped parents and caregivers feel confident when feeding and nourishing not only their babies, but also themselves. No matter what the situation or health-related challenge may be, a personalized approach is paramount. I recently had a baby of my own and experienced firsthand the ups and downs of pregnancy, as well as the difficulties many face when breastfeeding (and eventually starting solids!). Besides working with clients in the private setting, throughout my career I have worked in several large hospital systems within NYC and Long Island taking care of patients from birth through adulthood. I received my Masters in Nutrition from Columbia University and completed my Undergraduate degree and Internship through LI Post.

Kristen is exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. She was able to answer my questions regarding ALL things nutrition and pregnancy. I was really nauseas in the beginning of my pregnancy, so having her help me pick out foods that I was able to stomach was really beneficial. She also helped me pick out the right vitamins based on my needs. Besides for myself, I worked with her when I started incorporating additional foods into my toddler's diet. She helped take a lot of the anxiety and confusion out of the portions sizes and food groups for his age, and showed me how to introduce new foods when it seemed like he wanted the same 5 things day after day. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a nutritionist!

Lactation Services
Kristen was very helpful when i got home from the hospital with my first born. I was a very nervous first time mom and she helped me find various positions to safely and effectively breastfeed my son. Would highly recommend!
