Arielle is an integrative nutritionist specializing in fertility, prenatal, postpartum and women’s health nutrition. She is masters degree certified as nutritionist and integrative medicine practitioner. It's so important to eat in a way that nourishes the body at all stages of one’s journey to motherhood, but it's not set-and-forget! In fact, nutritional needs will change during pre-conception, from trimester to trimester, and into postpartum recovery. But, it takes a village, and that’s where I come in. No dieting, measuring, or food scales. In her personalized, patient-centered coaching model, you can expect nutrition protocols that are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and ability. Integrative nutrition therapy optimizes care by putting the patient at the center of decision-making. It emphasizes a systems-based approach that seeks to find the root cause of imbalance and dis-ease. Therefore, slow, mindful dietary and lifestyle modifications are implemented to ensure safety and sustainability. This type of habit building enforces long-term behavioral changes that positively impacts health status for generations, particularly in the fertility space, as we discussed. An integrative approach means we will focus on many aspects of the mind–body–spirit paradigm with the goal of maintaining healthy hormones, mood, energy, and rest. Some of the areas Arielle can support include: • fertility planning (e.g., IVF, IUI, egg freezing) • gastrointestinal issues & digestive dysfunction • allergies & food intolerances • heartburn & acid reflux • brain fog & fatigue • chronic headaches • energy levels • insomnia & sleep troubles • hair & skin changes • managing chronic illness (e.g., gestational diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, anemia) • supporting auto-immune symptoms (e.g., Hashimoto’s, diabetes, celiac disease, arthritis) • mental health (e.g., postpartum depression & anxiety) • women’s health support (e.g., PCOS, endometriosis, menstrual health) Sessions meet virtually and last about 45-minutes. Personalized meal plans with downloadable & categorized shopping lists are an optional bonus. Pregnancy can be challenging, but being nourished doesn’t have to be. Consultations are always complimentary.
Where to begin… Arielle provided a comprehensive evaluation of my health, habits, and needs through examining my history, listening to me, and providing professional feedback. She gives the medical background and educational insight made easy to understand, with thorough reflections that I haven’t experienced in any doctor’s office. I would recommend her for everyone/anyone trying to conceive, experiencing infertility, symptoms of disease, pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, and for those looking for answers to their nutritional needs and haven’t felt heard or found preventative support rather than reactive symptom masking through traditional medical services.
